Call Reporting
You can now view reports and graphical historical analysis of your company’s activity, such as:
- Inbound and outbound call volume
- Call activity by user or by phone number or group
- Call volume to and from call queues
You can evaluate employee performance by viewing call count or minutes spent on the phone which is great for remote salespeople. Gain insight into your customer’s experience by reviewing hold times in call queues.
The reports are available via the web browser insight as well as the mobile app. The reports look great on the iPad app.
All New Softphone
We will be the first to admit that the former RingCentral softphone was not the best application. For consistent users we would recommend other solutions in the past. Not anymore. The new RingCentral softphone work extremely well. The communication is consistent and using it is very straight forward. Your users will pick up advance call features very quickly.
It also synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook® including version 2013. You can call contacts by name and even call directly from Outlook.
