Remove Account from Microsoft Outlook
- In Outlook click File in the upper left-hand portion of the banner
- Click the Account Settings button and choose Account Settings on the drop down menu
- A window will open listing your email accounts
- Click the account you would like to remove so that it is highlighted
- Click the remove button
- You may receive an alert that you are deleting a local copy of your email – It is okay to agree – a copy of your email is on the server
- You can close the window by clicking the Close button in the lower right-hand corner
